*Instructed and developed material for the following courses: Developmental and Independent Reading, Expository Writing, Conversation, Pronunciation and TOEFL.

*Developed and coordinated government funded ESL/Literacy and GED courses by creating partnerships with different community organizations.

*Authored, designed and implemented student testing, placement, program evaluation, employee reviews and conducted in-house training. Also, published multiple articles improving institution's visibility.
