*Instructed and developed material for the following courses: Developmental and
Independent Reading, Expository Writing, Conversation, Pronunciation and TOEFL.
*Developed and coordinated government funded ESL/Literacy and GED courses by creating
partnerships with different community organizations.
*Authored, designed and implemented student testing, placement, program evaluation, employee reviews and conducted in-house training. Also, published multiple articles improving institution's visibility.
*Developed and conducted public workshops to professionals enhancing awareness of new ideas and teaching methodology in language acquisition and computer-assisted instruction.
*Designed, developed and conducted computer workshops for Migrant Head Start staff and delegate agencies to enable them to communicate electronically.
*Developed, promoted and implemented learning modules involving computer-assisted instruction as a means to reinforce students in reading, writing, vocabulary development, grammar and math skills.
*Designed and implemented courses involving business protocol and specific occupational skills. Also, coordinated on-line news services involving global school participation using the internet.
